Lease and Release dated 19 and 20 January 1773, between Anne Smith of Chipping Norton, co. Oxon, relict of John Smith of Admington, gent. of the one part, and William Pardy of Mickleton, yeoman, of the other part, of a messuage, late of John Pearce, and now of John Staples. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: Robt Rawlings and John Corbett Jun.
