Description
Letters from John Pitway (one dated 26th August 1826, the other undated) to Fisher Tomes, explaining that the sale of 1800 should never have taken place, as the property had only been mortgaged to William Bache, and that Samuel Manison (see DR751/7) in regonition of this, had given up the deeds to him.
