Description
1. Partnership agreement between Francis Holt Coldicott of Cleeve Prior Worcs., haulier, and Jack Wyburn Purcell Ridsdale of Cleeve Prior, that they shall become partners in the trade or business of hauliers, 30th January 1932. 2. Assignment by FHC to the above partnership for the sum of £350 of the goodwill of his former business as haulier and corn merchant, and for the sum of £1£732 of the stock in trade, 1st February 1932.
