Turrell of Stratford, radio engineer, an employee, 6th September 1946; similar agreement between FAB of Alderminster, electrical engineer, and Herbert O. Flynn, an employee, 6th October 1952; lease for seven years from Mrs Mabel Baker [?formerly Mable Burchell] of East Gate Farmhouse, Hornton, Oxon, widow, to Robert McBain of 4 Mayfield Avenue, of the said premises, 30 April 1963.
