Cox Family: S.C.Cox devised his real estate to William King Ewen and James Cox, trustees, to pay the rents to Caroline Cox, during her life, but she and trustees were empowered to sell off the property by auction. Assignment in consideration of £30, from Abraham Cox of Banbury, draper, to Richard Creed Baily of Banbury, tailor and woollen draper, of Cox's reversionary interest under the will of S.C.Cox, 7th April 1883. Mortgage to secure £30 and interest by Abraham Cox of Banbury, draper, to William Baylis of Banbury, draper: AC released to WB his reversionary interest under the will of SCC deceased, 4th Sept. 1883. On 7th April 1884, with the mortgage principal still owing to RCB, AC, in consideration of £60, assigned to William Baylis of Banbury, draper, one quarter of a half of his reversionary interest under the will of SCC deceased.
