Marriage settlement: John Reynolds and Caroline Cox, regarding land in Scholars Lane

Marriage settlement of John Reynolds of Slaughter, Glos, gent. and Caroline Cox of Stratford, widow, in which William King Ewen of Stratford, draper, and Thomas Adams of Birmingham, timber merchant, were the trustees: it was agreed that Caroline Cox would convey to the trustees who were also possessed of £1500 belonging to her, 3 messuages with the outbuildings, and a piece of land of 290 square yards in Scholars Lane, with the use of a road four foot wide and 8 yards in length, 3rd June 1865.
