Estate documents: The Oddfellows Arms and properties in Windsor St and Mansell St

Description

Edward Eborall, deceased, 1903: it is recited that EE appointed his sons, Edward Eborall and William Eborall of The Oddfellow Arms, licensed victuallers, and his son-in-law, Edgar G. Jarrett, executors and trustees of his will, and that he left his estate in trust for his wife, Louisa Ann Eborall, for her life. The will was proved in 1905, EE the younger died in 1915, and LAE died in December 1933; her will of 1929 was proved 7th November 1934: her executors now assent to the vesting in the trustees, WE and EGJ, of her property upon trust for sale, being The Oddfellows Arms with the Boot and Shoe repairing shop, nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Windsor St, and nos. 47 and 48 Mansell St, 12th November 1934.
