Mortgage to secure £100 from John Pace of Old Stratford, victualler, devisee of will of Hannah Cotterell of Shottery, widow, deceased, to Edward Paine of Stratford, innholder, of four cottages and their appurtenances in Shottery, formerly of Hannah Cotterell: viz, a messuage divided into two parts, heretofore of Hannah Cotterell and now of Thomas Pace, and a cottage, garden, etc., now or late in the tenure of William Robbins, and a cottage now or late in the tenure of William Fairfax, and another cottage now or late of William Sitch, 18th November 1807, with mortgage bond of even dating.
