Conveyance by lease and release from John Pace of Shottery, yeoman, to John Cory of Shottery, gent., in consideration of £260, (£180 of which was paid to Edward Paine by JC in satisfaction of the principal due from the mortgage of 18th Nov. 1807, and £80 of which was paid to Elizabeth Buller and William Buller by JC, in satisfaction of the principal due from the mortgage of 8th July 1808), and assignment to a trustee of the premises for the remainder of the terms of years in trust for John Cory to attend the reversion, freehold and inheritance ... of three cottages and gardens at Shottery, the first one formerly of William Robbins, now of Edward Evetts, the second now in the tenure of Elizabeth Godfrey, and the third now in the tenure of Ann Perks, 23-24th June 1831
