Mortgage to secure £120 from William Smith of Tiddington, labourer, to William Fetherston of Stratford, victualler, of four messuages and gardens in Tiddington, in the tenures of WS, George Jynes, Thomas Walker and Joseph Smith, all of which were erected by WS on the spot of an ancient messuage heretofore in the tenure of Thomas Padson and a little close now in the tenure of TW and Richard Smith, which said ancient messuage etc., were bought by WS from John Stanley deceased, 27th May 1796.
