Release and quitclaim: relating to Widowe Walls in Tiddington
Description
Release and quitclaim from Thomas Townesend of Alveston, yeoman, of his brother William Townesend: it is stated that the late TT in his will left the house or farm called Widowe Walls to his second son, the said WT and the heirs male of his body, but within four years of TT the elder's decease, WT was to pay TT the younger £400, that is £100 each year; this WT has done and so is quitclaimed from all demands, etc., 19th January 1621
