Feoffment from William Combe of Wellcombe, esq. and George Bonner of Charringworth, Glos, esq., to Sir Henry Rainsford of Clelland[?] Chamberrors [Clifford Chambers], kt., and William Barnes of Clifford aforesaid, esq., of a messuage, four closes and three yardlands and one quarter yardland in the fields of Alveston and Tiddington, late in the tenure of Alice Wall, widow, deceased, and now of Thomas Townsend the elder and William Townsend, his second son; a messuage, with barns, orchards, gardens, stables, and lands etc., with three quarters of a yardland, now or late in the tenure of John Wells; and two acres and three fitches of meadow in the Myll Meadow in Alveston and Tiddington, now in the occupation of Edward Lane; a cottage and quarten land now in the tenure of Henry Sharpe, and a messuage and yardland in the fields of Alveston and Tiddington, and now or late in the tenure of William Skinner, 12th January 16 Jas.
