"Abstract of Mr John Higgins' Title to an Estate at Tiddington in the Parish of Alveston in the County of Warwick", relating to several properties: a messuage, three yardlands and an half and other premises late of Wootton Higgins (1685-1770). A messuage, two and a half yardlands and other premises contained in the settlement of Mr John Higgins deceased (1688-1735). The whole premises, reciting the allotments granted at the time of enclosure, 1771-1772. Three messuages, closes and other property purchased by the late Mr Higgins of Mr John Lord (1688-1808). Includes a pedigree of the Higgins family, c.1700-1770, observations of Richard Preston, of the Inner Temple, 16th March 1809, and answers thereto. undated
