Lease for 21 years from Edward Townsend Higgins of Bridge Town, Alveston, esq. and Mary his wife to John Pallett of Aston, yeoman, of a messuage, with the barns, stables, gardens, etc, in Bordesley called the Potters, and seven crofts belonging of 42 acres, which lie between or adjoining the lane from leading from Birmingham to Yardley church ...; the meadow called Stanchmore Meadow or Hob Meadow or Little Meadow or Forrests Meadow in Bordesley, and a meadow called Billingsleys Meadow or Lond Meadow containing three acres in the parish of Yardley, 1st September 1797
