Tenancy agreement between Tom Oliver Alford Hunt of Linden House, Bishopton, gent., and Jonathan and Frederick William Dale both of Old Court, Bredwardine, Herefs, farmers, for the farm and lands of 204a 1r 1p called the Thorn in Birley and the farm and lands called Little Thorn and five acres, with other hereditaments in Birley and Leominster, being a double messuage at Aulden with gardens, etc., and a cottage and garden called Coblers Hall in Birley and pasture of 3a 2r 24p numbered 145 on the tithe map, 31st December 1908, with letter from J. Dale about a suitable witness, 9th January 1909 attached.
