Conveyance in consideration: relating to the Farnborough estate

Description

Conveyance in consideration of £395, from the trustees of the will of Edward Townsend Higgins to Hannah Higgins, now of Stratford, spinster, of one fifth share of the Farnborough estate, 29th November 1849. Conveyance in consideration of £395, from Joseph Jackson of Manchester, calico printer and Mary Ann his wife to Louisa Higgins, late of 17 Montague St, Russell Square, but now of Stratford, spinster, of one fifth share of the Farnborough estate with MAJ's assent as a married woman, 15th December 1849. Conveyance, in consideration of £790, of trustee under the will of Hannah Higgins deceased (1850) to Louisa Higgins of Leamington Priors, spinster, 15th January 1851. It is recited that in default of issue the Huckell property went to Edward T. Higgins, John Higgins, Mary Ann Jackson (nee Higgins), Hannah Higgins and Louisa Higgins, as tenants in common. Elizabeth Huckell had married Charles Barber of Beeston, Notts, widower, and died 15th October 1830 without issue.
