Description

Hunt, Tom Oliver Alford, of Claremount, Carlton Road, Malvern, died 23rd August 1932: copy letters of administration with will annexed granted to his widow, Edith Mary Rickard Hunt; the will was dated 1st March 1912, with codicil of 31st January 1913, and probate was granted 5th April 1933. Also attached are typescript memoranda, one relating to the sale of The Thorne estate to Frederick Harris in 1946, and his right to production of deeds, and the other recites that by a vesting assent of 31st December 1957, Edith M. R. Hunt vested in Lt-Col. Louis Oliver Alford Hunt of 111 Loxley Road, Stratford, all the property of which TOA Hunt was tenant for life under the will of John Griffiths Alford (d.1879), except such portion as had already been sold, but including specifically The Pigeon House estate and lands at Aulden of 13a 2r 23p now in the occupation of J.
