MARTIN, WILLIAM OF STRATFORD, BUILDER: conveyance by lease and release with appointment, from Thomas Smith now of Cheltenham, esq. and Charles Pidcock of Worcester, esq., trustees of Thomas Battersbee, deceased to WM, of a piece of land in College Lane, Old Stratford, being part of Sheffield Close and containing 52 yards and two feet in front of the north side of College Lane, 9-10th September 1840, with note concerning the deed made later by Thomas Slatter.
