Letters of administration of the estate of Sarah A. Gardner,of 7 New St, Tiddington, died 27th October 1944, granted to her sister, Mary Keyte of Ryton, Bulkington, 19th October 1946. Endorsed that Mary Keate assented to the vesting in Frank Henry Birch for an estate in fee simple two messuages, being nos 12 and 13 Sanctus Road, and acknowledged the right of the said FHB to production and delivery of the within written grant.
