Archer, of Stratford, maltster, 1900, and lease for seven years from Jane Alice Hunt of Hagley Road, widow, to John H. Archer of 191 Hagley Road, confectioner, of a messuage, shop, and dwelling house being no 191 Hagley Road, 1904.

Also, account for a lease of these premises to Archer in 1912, at a rent of £90 per annum.
