Description

Conveyance by lease and release from the assignees in bankruptcy of William Gould late of Upton-on-Severn, co. Worcs., but since of Stratford-upon-Avon, to Samuel Manison of Stratford-upon-Avon, druggist, for £84, of a messuage in Waterside in the tenure of William Hiron, bounded on the north by a garden belonging to Thomas Mason and on the south by a malthouse belonging to John Tysoe. With assignment in trust to attend the inheritance of two terms created by mortgages (recited) of 24 June and 21 November 1811 by William Gould.
