Compton Verney: early deeds, Kingston, a grant

Description

Grant by Thomas Verney of Compton Verney, esquire, to Roger Wygston, esq., and Leonard Savage of Kineton, of his manor of Kingston, Warwickshire, with a pasture called 'le towne' adjoining the said manor, and other pastures in Kingston called the Mill Field, 'le Rames acre', Leonards field, now in tenure of John Woodward; with all waters, fish, fisheries, woods c. appertaining.

To hold the said manor, pasture and premises in trust to make a good title thereof to the said Thomas Verney and Alice his now wife, by way of jointure for her with reversion to heirs of Thomas.
