General note: Editor's dedication and preface signed: John Fuller. With an engraved frontispiece portrait of the author (plate), signed: D. Loggan sculp. Printers' names from Wing CD. The first leaf is blank. First p. 9 misnumbered 13. Text continuous despite pagination. "Hant-shire" begins new pagination on 2A1r; "Shrop-shire" begins new pagination on 4A1r (mis-signed 3A). "The principality of Wales" has divisional title page on 5A1r and begins separate pagination on 5B1r. A 12-page index, first prepared in the 18th century, is frequently found bound at the end of this work. Cf. Pforzheimer, which says that there are two different editions of the index, the later and more accurate of which may not have been published until ca. 1825. Presence of this index not reflected in pagination statement.
