The second volume has a preliminary blank leaf and title page reading "The decameron .. The last fiue dayes. ..". Signatures: A6 B6(±B1) C-V6 2A8 2B-2N6, [A]4 [par.]-2[par.]4 3[par.]² B-2Z4 3A6.
