"All the wood-engravings are by Llewellyn Thomas and were printed from the wood. The mould-made paper was part of a Zerkall special making. The Garamond type was set by Bill Hughes and the binding is by The Fine Bindery. The main edition consists of 220 copies, signed by author and artist. In addition, there is a Special Edition of 26 lettered copies which have, contained in a portfolio, proofs of the engravings. This is 51.", Fine Print Collection.
