Description

Picture, c. 1930-1980. Fabric picture depicting the Welcombe Monument near Stratford-on-Avon, set amongst fields and trees, with cottage and 2 cows. Picture is made from very small patchwork squares, applique and stitching. Reverse is of thick card/paper. This is one of a set that used to be displayed on the wall of the dress circle corridor at the RST.
