Wrought iron candleholder

Description

A mid to late 18th century wrought iron candleholder/ rushlight; iron twisted on stem and candle holder; L-shaped stem to candle holder hinged to base of rush clip; set in octagonal wooden base; deep crack on one side of base. Welsh, probably Merionethshire.
