Description

A cupboard with a two-plank rectangular top with applied edge-moulding above the plain frieze; raised on complex baluster-turned front supports; the multi-plank centre shelf with similar applied edge-moulding above plain frieze with conforming drawer; raised on further baluster-turned supports; the multi-plank lower shelf with applied edge-moulding and plain stretchers; raised on high turned feet; English, c.1660; considerable restoration, including replaced edge-mouldings, drawer and entire lower portion up to a height of 54.5 cm (21.5')
