Souvenir mug

Description

A glazed bone china souvenir mug produced c. 2000 (for retail by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust at £5.95) in conjunction with the re-display of the Birthplace and commemorating the re-created glover's workshop, featuring transfer drawings of gloves, purses and gloving tools. Written in black lettering near the rim: 'The Glover's workshop in the House where Shakespear [sic] was Born'.
