Tobacco stopper

Description

A tobacco stopper carved by Thomas Sharp of Stratford-upon-Avon about 1769-1799 and made from mulberry wood, supposedly from the tree thought to have been planted by Shakespeare; the top carved in the shape of Shakespeare's head. No fitting on foot.
