Oak joint stool

Description

A late 17th-century oak joint stool; the rectangular moulded top above channel-moulded frieze; raised on complex baluster-turned legs with plain stretchers and high turned feet; English, about 1680; corner patch to top, re-pegged, bearing old hand-written label 'Pearson' and marked D2536 underneath.
